What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the topic you selected and any message you write. If you become a client we additionally collect the KYC information required by SEBI and the fund houses: PAN, Aadhaar details, address proof, bank details, photograph and signature.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To open and service your mutual fund folios with the relevant asset management companies and registrars.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to execute your instructions: the asset management companies you invest with, their registrars and transfer agents, and the KYC registration agency. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client and for the period afterwards required by applicable regulation.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing turtlefinvest@gmail.com. Some records must be retained for regulatory reasons even after you stop being a client.
